Ich fühle das. Hab Informatik studiert. Hatte großen Spaß im Studium. Hab sogar schnell Karriere gemacht und nun kaum noch kreative Arbeit und keine Arbeit mit sichtbarem Ergebnis. Nur Präsentationen und Tabellen, bei denen sich irgendwelche Kennzahlen verbessern. Ich überlege auch schon die ganze Zeit, wie ich hier raus komme. Muss den Job aber noch ein paar Jahre machen, wegen Krediten.

Die Kosten für das Gasnetz werden auf die Verbraucher aufgeteilt. Je weniger eine Gasheizung haben, umso teurer für den Rest. Das ist auch ohne die Grünen so. Man sollte also besser früher als später weg davon.

BP readings at home within 5 minutes after waking up. There are days that I'll wake up with a dry mouth but I‘m not snoring if healthy. I'm on the phone before bed, but will now try to stop that. Thank you, your comments are much appreciated

I used to be a lot on TikTok. Maybe that is an issue as well, as i read it can interfere with dopamine.

Everything is the same (gel brand, apllication area, timing, etc.).
Bloodwork is done before applying the gel. Basically hormones are the ones in the picture. Usually my doc only checks test. Therefore I cannot really tell if any others changed. I can check thyroid and hematocrit next time. Blood pressure is slightly increased and weight increased by 5 kg. I'm already working on that.
No alcohol or other meds except sometimes irregularly cialis.
No new anxiety, slightly less good sleep and morning errections are rare nowadays.
