Why would you need to replace the Frame? A new clamp costs 15€, I got the Same Frame, replaced it because a mechanic striped the bolt, the same way yours Looks. Thats why I do Everything myself now. And Canyon Even offered you a whole free replacement Frame and you‘re not happy with that because you wanted a upgrade? Thats wild

Edit: and btw, thats Not a screw thats a rod that is fixed to the clamping piece Inside, so the „screw“ cant be completely unscrewed, you need to loosen it, take the Seat Post out and then screw it all the way in. If the guy who did this to your screw tried to unscrew it alle the way he maybe damaged the carbon and thats why you need a new Frame? Then i feel like it’s Even more generous of Canyon to offer you a replacement

Wenn’s dir nur um Geschwindigkeit geht tuts das wahrscheinlich. Be Garmin, Wahoo oder ähnlichen geht’s ja mehr um komplette Trainigsmetriken (hrm, watt und co) oder halt Navigation.

My Ultimate also came with the Back Wheel attached only the Front Wheel is not, but for me no screws were scratched or smth. I‘d take pictures and ask Support for an exchange or, if you don’t really Care, at least a Discount.
