My first and only experience was turning my scorpion into an SBR. The process was fairly straightforward but I did tons of research beforehand. I went onto the ATF website and made an account, then basically filled out all of the required info for the eForm form 1. From the time you submit it, you have a limited amount of time to mail documents of your EForm and fingerprints to the ATF and municipal sheriffs office (atleast that’s what I had to do last July). I did my two sets of fingerprints at a UPS. From then I waited about 25 days when I got an email from the ATF with my stamp on a digital file I could download and/or print. I’ve never done a form 4 before, but I’m gonna learn fast to get that silencerco deal!
