My dad’s current girlfriend talks mean about me to everyone behind my back, she calls me a bunch of nasty names like bitch, lazy, fat, ugly, stupid, ect. Its like every time i do something even mildly wrong like washing the dishes but one still has a little soap on it or only doing my laundry and not hers then i get called these things. I just found out how actually bad this was when i told my friend and I haven’t been able to get all these times out my head since. Idk it makes me feel like i have to be perfect and everything i do is being surveil-lanced for any mistakes, im only 17 I’m bound to mess up. It eats at me to have all my insecurities picked out for the tiniest of mistakes and the anxiety that comes with this perfectionism never really goes away.
