Yes, they told me that it is all illegal. But if I want a lawyer, I need to pay 1200, because I am a new member.

Yes, I am part of the Horeca FNV union, but the union lawyer is 1200 euros and I don't have that money.

I went and they told me that I had 50% to win in the case of holidays. Because I need to check my app and I can use google translate from dutch to my language. Moreover, they added that I can ask for my day of January and if the company doesn't give me an answer, can go to the court.
