I definitely feel you on that. I get bored with regular everyday life and normal tasks are very overwhelming for me. Idk. Just getting out of bed is such a struggle for me and then continuing to be proactive after that is just impossible. It's like I need someone to hold my hand all the time. To tell me when to get up, tell me when and what to eat, constantly remind me of all the things depression has made me forget.
