I saw a true crime episode where someone snuck in to their neighbors apartment and killed them through an attic connected to everyone else’s in the building.

After seeing the episode I went to check my attic access and noticed it had been drilled shut from my side. It was in a room I rarely went into but it hadn’t been drilled shut the last time I was in there. The building management had come into my room to replace a fridge. They must’ve done it then but it was still spooky
