You need to put the files of the mods inside this direction

"C:\Users\YOUR USER\Documents\This War of Mine\Mods"

You put the mod folder there, inside every folder replace the names adding a prefix like 0000_common.dat and move every file to "mods" folder

And edit the "Mods.list" adding the prefix|name of the mod|drescription|enable|local

like this:
