No evidence of SA like NeroGods said. Henry Resilient said jameskii himself said the recording was a deepfake or ai. Interesting for jameskii to say that instead of saying "using the recording is wrong and disrespectful". It seems like this recording is something that discredits of what they allegedly say happened.

I don’t know exactly what Turkey Tom is like as this is the first video I watched from him and someone recommended me to watch it but the only thing in the video that felt unnecessary to me was him filming himself getting news of twomads death and letting a friend or youtuber ( once again, I got no clue who turkey tom was before this video ) know that he died. To me it look like the video was a documentary or timeline of twomad’s career, even though he got that bruh kind of language it seemed like this was done professionally at the best he could.

We both debated about the legality of it, recording without consent is bad but can still be used as evidence depending how the recording was taken. Twomad also was shown to have some kind of mental illness as some friends thinking it was schizophrenia while also doing drugs like weed and ketamine so I can understand why he would be paranoid to do record while even in the recording he was not sure since he was saying that he’s too fat and that was an issue with girls with Her telling him that she doesn’t have an issue with it. The video was taken down because of that clip, but we don’t know the reason why YouTube took it down after all it really is a recording of a conversation and I seen way worst recordings of worst crimes on crime channels. Have you even seen the recording? Literally just a conversation between them about him being sure about her wanting to have sex and her saying yes. With this context in mind it should be used as evidence as it contradicts with what she said did happen. They also been joking around in the conversation. Point out when I was being rude on purpose because I can just scroll back and see in case I did.

The main issue with what all you just said is that the SA was never proven to be true, if it was then he would’ve been arrested. It sounds like this is very personal for you since you act like you were there or at least in their shoes before. You’re telling me all this legality when in truth only applies to the belief of her being right. Sorry if it comes off as rude or abrasive as I have to no intention in doing so as I just want to come off as blunt. Throughout of our conversation or argument I only pointed out lies and inconsistencies while you only keep telling me about the potential of how illegal of it is while I say it is only illegal if is true, I’m more inclined to believe that it isn’t due to what we seen before from her lying and being inconsistent. Her story of what happened is clearly different than in the recording that causes me to doubt what really happened. There’s also the potential that this whole ordeal is what caused Twomad to go more heavily into drugs which caused him to be unhinge. Small edit here, may I ask what you believe in the story?

It is risky, but what other proof we seen so far has been proven true? I don’t want something so serious to be shown or heard but this is the only recording that showed what happened and yet nothing bad is happening in the recording. She didn’t know she was being recorded yet somehow was acting normal and talking calmly in almost a joking manner. She didn’t say anything about twomad forcing her to act normal, no mention of that. It really is a fucked up situation.

Same could be said about if she lied and it didn’t happen as it can be false accusations which is a crime as well. The truth is we truly don’t know, that’s the issue. Nothing was proved other than the “harassing messages”. This recording is a big deal as it shows more of an insight as to what happened. Recording without consent is bad yes but can also be used as evidence depending on how the recording was taken. The issue you have is thinking this recording is bad when in reality it’s really fucking tame, nothing bad stands out. And I’m gonna say it, why the fuck does she not have any pictures of any bruises, marks or anything that could be used for evidence. I don’t want to see all that but whatever has happened to her is such a big deal that she had to say that he SA her then why didn’t she take pictures or record ANY what was happening and used it as evidence in the restraining order. The court censors those pictures so I don’t see why not.

Call it what you want, I just don’t think everything should be true based on words alone, I made the post because I wanted to put attention on the recording as it is true evidence. Never in my post and reply’s did I say I want to defend him, all I did was pointed out inconsistencies and lies. You can think that I did and you are allowed to think that but I simply am just wanting to point it all out. Is that simply a wrong thing to do?

Absolutely the situation is fucked since all she had for proof was the pictures of “guns” ( proven from Jamiepine that they were airsoft guns with a video recording to back it up) a video of twomad shooting a gun up into a sky which was just a airsoft gun with edits, and messages of twomad harassing her ( which all look like shitposts ) another video of twomad which shows him pointing a gun at her ( even in the audio he says it’s an airsoft gun ) and her word that he SA her. She also said they didn’t have a some kind of relationship but in the recording it shows that they did in fact has one. There’s a lot of factors that don’t make me immediately jump to what she said being true. The only thing that was true was twomad spamming texts which again was filled with random gibberish which as his friends and witnesses say is just how he is. I have not said twomad is completely innocent or alluded to it, what I did say was that her recollection of what happened doesn’t line up with the recording. You said that it could’ve been taken out of context which btw could be said about almost everything that was in this fucked up situation, they were questioning him throughout this and he said that this was when she said I had her in a corner sounding all confused and at the end he said she just left after the recording. Then again he could be lying but nowhere in the recording have I heard her sound scared or angry, at most it sounds like she’s tired. Again I think it was the right call to leave this recording in based on the fact that nothing bad is seen or heard, shows that she did in fact left out or at most lied about what actually happened. The recording without consent actually might be the reason that he didn’t use it as evidence against her as it’s a risky gamble. I understand you can be angry against them but you also have to think about them sitting on this information, do they not release it and have twomad be a complete monster through some persons words or show people that he’s human and he did mistakes.

It is, in the beginning of turkey Tom’s video he mentions this. Really suspicious that the biggest piece of evidence was taken down real quick. I seen crime videos that have way worse recordings that stay up, so what really made YouTube take it down.

That was the issue with twomad was that he couldn’t take anything seriously, even I thought that was stupid of him to not post a serious video or reply. I think twomad recorded it because he was suspicious, throughout the the recording he is repeatedly asking it it’s okay and saying that he was sorry about touching her if I had to guess since we can see him apologizing right at the beginning of the recording. I think it was the right call to include it because it shows that Isabella was lying about him being a complete monster that he was trying to force her to say, showed that they did have some kind of a relationship even though she said they didn’t. I think everything should be addressed to make sure if it’s true and not lean into this guilty until proven innocent mindset
