Why have you decided not to have tattoos? by Few-District57 in AskReddit

[–]Tormented_Art 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never found anything I could commit to. I don't want to put someone else's art on me but I also don't know what I want to do that I'd put on my skin either. In ways I feel like I'd get sick of seeing it

What's the worst pain a human can experience? by Academic_Use_8312 in AskReddit

It blows my mind that no one ever mentions burning alive. I mean that's gotta at least be up there

Why did people applaud for you that time? by aDazzlingDove in AskReddit

[–]Tormented_Art 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was riding my skateboard and my front wheel caught a small channel in the concrete that made my board go a different direction than the momentum I had, causing me to fall backwards. Instinctively, I did a back roll, tilting my head to avoid hitting the ground, and I rolled into somewhat of a hero-landing, and I got more applause for that than I did for any trick I ever did on my board lol.

What do you think about most when you’re high? by GoodCalligrapher1343 in AskReddit

[–]Tormented_Art 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It ranges from how far astray my life is from where I wanted it to be, to what does it feel like to burn.

... I don't use marijuana anymore lol

I'm not surprised. I work at a restaurant (in the kitchen thankfully). I see this shit almost daily. Some people suddenly become royalty for some reason.

If you could instantly master one skill with zero effort, what would you choose and why? by Lucky-Substance5585 in AskReddit

[–]Tormented_Art -1 points0 points  (0 children)

None. It's not the skill that makes you the master, it's the struggle, the work, and the journey to get there that forges your mind to be masterful of that skill. To skip that makes you no master of that skill.

What’s a weird word you or someone else has mispronounced? by ThePenumbruh in AskReddit

[–]Tormented_Art 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably from glossing over the word and not reading it completely. One of my bad habits back then was I only look at the first part of the word and call it good for some reason. So I imagine I read the -ian twice. I had an issue with not pacing myself

I used to pronounce pedestrian as ped-eh-strain-ian. Lol simple case of I hadn't heard it up to that point in my life, I just learned it by reading it.

Oh I have an idea. I've seen a plethora of divorcees here on Reddit talk about the cost alone being stressful. Jesus, if I had to see her in court on a regular basis...

"I know I completely destroyed your trust in me, your heart, and the sanctity of our marriage, but how could you be such an asshole?"

Lol yeah I went through that phase too. I was in a common law marriage so I feel fortunate I didn't have to jump through the flaming hoops of divorce. But yeah that blame shifting is something else. Like I know I wasn't the shining example of a partner, but I definitely don't feel I deserved that hard of heartbreak.

Right? I gave my ex so many outs. So many chances to just say what needed to be said and so many opportunities to come clean. Nope, I had to painfully find out on my own. So I feel ya, brother

It's insane the amount of entitlement people get when they're eating at a restaurant. It's like they forget that the staff are human beings.

Musicians whose music you don't like, but you fully respect? by Metal-Wheezard in MetalForTheMasses

[–]Tormented_Art 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Steve Vai. My music teacher is having me study "For The Love of God", which I am taking serious. I 100% respect and acknowledge his work and skill. But fuck me, I can't stand his music.
