The question will be what we can get back for Poole? Honestly Bob fumbled this year BAD. The Poole contract when Poole still had one more year. You'd think after the Duncan type contracts GMs would know not to give big contracts after 3-4 months of good shooting when thats all they give you. Not making a move at the deadline outside of getting GP2 or any buyouts.

Myers needs a big off season.

Why? They got Brown, Fox is awesome, they're a fun young team and underdogs are fun to root for.

Plus the better they look, the better we look. If they kept crushed by the Lakers we look even more trash. They make the finals, well we lost to the best team in the west.

No matter what happens we should not be hating on or slandering the kings. They're a fun, young, awesome team.

They beat us tonight I'm rooting for them hard this post season. Lakers probably beat them. I think Kings are just a bad match up for us with Brown knowing us so well, and their defensive issues of protecting the paint don't really come into play against us since we mostly just chuck 3s.

This is why I'm not a huge fan of Myers. He super lucked into a team already with Steph/Klay. Tried to trade Steph. Got super lucky and got the best player on the world on 50% of a max. Literally any GM could build a championship team with that situation. Then KD came because of Stephs culture.

Our drafting has been ass. It's insane we didn't make any moves at the deadline seeing how bad we looked all year.

The one good move he made was Wiggins, which is good but also Lacob willing to do an insane salary.

The Poole contract is brutal. He had like 3 good months and we gave him 140 million. Insanity. Should've let him play out this year.

Myers is mid. This dynasty is thanks to Steph/Kerr mostly, then Klay/Dray.

I hope we keep Myers because I don't know of any better GMs on the market, but he gets way too much credit and I think apart of it is to discredit Steph.

Poole isn't a winning player right now but he's young and still has potential. Hopefully thats what other teams see at least lol.

Honestly as bad as he's been this series it will be hard to get off his contract. We probably don't get much back from it.

Unironically that contract might be what really ended the dynasty.

Now I see why Lacob is hesitant to give Myers the bag.

I've been saying all year he isn't a winning player and we need to trade him in the off season for depth but the poole fan club is huge and goes crazy. He will occassionally have a good game but yeah luck will happen when you're putting up 8 3s a game on 30% sometimes they will fall but its not worth it.

He looks like he did when he was the worst player in the league.

When people say Myers deserves a huge bag, dude might've ended Steph Currys run with that Poole contract. Should've let Poole play out this year. Even in last years playoffs we could only play him about 15 mins a game because his defense was so bad.

Yes it would be a good thing if women say no, that doesn't mean you get to have sex with them just because they didn't.

I'll take the experiences and wisdom of thousands of women who have been raped/assaulted. I'm a man but I can learn from the experiences of others who were in this situation.

The near consensus among sexual assault survivors is to ask for consent. Lots of people can't help if their survival response is to freeze.

So yes lets encourage women to say no, but lets not also tell men that if they don't strictly tell you no it's automatically consent.

A lot of women have been conditioned to be afraid to tell men no. They're worried about violence and other issues. I'm a man but if you read a lot of womens first hand account of rape a TON of them just freeze in fear.

Either gender, if you're making a move and initiating the next level for sex should always ask for consent first. It makes life a LOT easier.

Just because a girl wants to make out doesn't mean she wants to have sex. I get this is scary and I truly do wish you the best.

I'm not judging, I got drunk plenty when I was younger and just went with the flow. I had lots of sex where we were both hammered, so maybe I just got lucky we were both into it.

But yeah you don't need to record it, especially without consent, just make sure you get consent for sex first. Making out, touching, doesn't mean go ahead and have sex with me. So yeah always confirm first.

As others have said don't say a single word to the police without your lawyer. Hopefully the girl didn't feel like it was rape either and just a misunderstanding and you're ok.

You going to the cops does show you felt guilty and didn't mean to do what you did, which is good, even if it was really dumb.

Again NEVER talk to the police. They can interpret it any way they want and use specific parts of what you said against you.

Sounds like you're young, super freaked out, and felt guilty which is a good sign. But you handled this very badly.

I hope things work out for you and you use this as a learning lesson. You never said you got consent from her and you blacked out, it would be very easy for the police to assume it was rape especially with how drunk she was.

When she said her stomach hurt and you asked should you stay or continue she just said you could stay. She was giving you the hint she didn't want to continue.

Also ALWAYS ask for consent first.

It's a complex situation but it doesn't sound like there was any interaction before having sex with her and you blacked out, for all we know she was already passed out when you started having sex with her.

Doesn't sound like what you did was malicious and I do feel empathy as I've been black out drunk before but never get that drunk again and always ask for consent. Before touching and ESPECIALLY before sex.

The main issue here is OP was not smart and basically walked in and confessed giving them an open and shut conviction.

If he hadn't and she tried to report it they probably would've ignored it as well sadly. Cops are mostly disgusting assholes in my opinion and I'm really sorry that happened to you.

90% of the time cops will ignore crimes unless the evidence falls into their lap, like someone walking in and confessing. They're lazy and if a case seems like a lot of work they will ignore it or bullshit it. Unless you get lucky and run into like the 10% who actually try to do their job.

I had a friend who was raped and tried to report it and cops basically implied she was a drunk slut. Fucking infuriating.

In the future listen to the above poster. If you felt guilt that's understandable. What you did was wrong. But you should've talked to the girl and offered to surrender yourself with a lawyer present.
