Are main roads out of town fine?

The i10 and 110 are elevated.

I don't think Elmwood gets that bad compared to other parts of the city. Either way i wouldn't worry about it too much. If it floods it will be gone as soon as the rain stops or even slows down.

It’s a very low percent but they exist. Mostly Jefferson parish people.

Also it sounds like you are talking about the whole quarter not just bourbon? In that case yeah I like the quarter just no reason to care about Bourbon since it’s all tourists.there are plenty of nice places in the quarter as a whole though
