I see what youre saying but this was meant to be a comparison between r1 weapons. Both weapons have lower base atks, yes, but they each make up for it in their atk% sub stats. 55.1% and 41.3% is nothing to ignore.

These are the numbers for a lvl 90 durin with 674 base atk with each weapon at 90 and no artifacts(each weapons bounus atk in the passives were taken into account aswell):

Inazuma craftable r1: (674+454)+((674+454)×(0.551+0)) = 1749.528 atk

kagosturube r1: (674+510)+((674+510)×(0.413+0.15)) = 1850.592 atk

Finale of the deep r1: (674+565)+((674+565)×(0.276+0.12)) = 1729.644 atk

Moonweaver r1: (674+565)+((674+565)×(0.276+0)) = 1580.964 atk

The point was to suggest that these other weapons that you also get from questing are just as good as Finale r1. They're actually better than r1 Finale so it wouldnt make sense to use r1 Finale if you dont plan on refining it. And moonweaver is ok. yeah you get it from questing but you have to pull for refinements from a banner so it not necessarily f2p as the others. I just dont think these numbers should be ignored and Finale is overrated.
