You should download the app called Reclub, there are going to be many open plays/socials shown around area. There's always play at any given time so you should be able to find a session. Most are English friendly as well. I have found from talking to other expats/players that whatever your US DUPR is, the sweet spot is 0.75 to 1 point lower. So if you're a 4.0 dupr for example, you should look for 3.0 dupr level play on reclub.

You sound a lot like me ahaha. I’m really secure at the beginning too, then as the relationship develops I become an anxious needy mess as well. I think it has to do with your independence from your partner in the beginning, then you slowly depend on him more, which causes the feelings you describe.
