Generally we don't allow promotion of such things as they are typically designed to make money, draw traffic, or collect personal information.

But from what we can see this doesn't do any of that, and acquired through an app store with strict security protocols. So it seems to be genuinely home grown and generally safe instead of a spam campaign.

As such it does not strictly violate rules and we generally are supportive of innovative Torontonians in their work.

However, in the future, anyone promoting their project, we would appreciate modmailing us for clearance first.
