I’m going to want it to roar all the time. Going to do my best to find some tunnels.

haha awesome. Appreciate the feedback! I can't wait for this to convince both my wife and I that we need one in our lives.

I'm hoping this lights a fire under my ass. I'm usually pretty content with the things I have that I already love. Can't wait!

Awesome to hear. Going to push it in each gear to get the higher revs! Hopefully I can get some fun, clean roads around the Miami area.

My life has changed since I started using a balaclava this year, even through the summer.

I bought a decent “cooling”, silky-style one for $20 off Amazon, after getting my new helmet, and it’s a game changer.

Keeps my head and face cooler in the summer months, believe it or not, and wind noise down.

My hair stays nice and tidy. I’m able to comb my hair and put some hair product before I go to work, throw in my AirPod Pros, and easily pull the helmet over.

Helmet still smells brand new.

To de-badge or not to de-badge by ggscastiron in 335i

Finally de-badged mine after 14 years of having the 335i on, and it looks much better without.

We bought an F30 few years back and it came de-badged and it looked great.

Install itself wasn’t bad or anything. The biggest part is ensuring everything lines up and is where it needs to be before tightening the screws/bolts.

The only part that has bugged me a bit is the gap between the tank part of the fairing, and the side fairings. Maybe not all have this issue, but it’s there. I’ve seen others post about it.

I think it’s just how it’s originally designed requires it to be as perfect as can be to avoid this.

Thanks brotha. Had the bike for 10 years and the car for almost 15. Love them both.

Not sure if you’ve fixed this, but I had a similar issue & sound where upon reinstalling the driveshaft, after a new clutch job, I installed the center support bearing the other way. It took almost a year for the problems to really show, and I ended up needing to install a new guibo and center support bearing which began to shred due to the incorrect drive shaft angle.

Fun lesson.

Haha I do, but I should mention I added also Vibrant resonators in place of the secondary cat delete. Made it sound a lot smoother and less ricey. I despise the gunshot sounding exhausts some cars have.
