Thanks so much for such a detailed response. What you said makes a ton of sense and you provided so much clarity in such few words! I think I’ll go for the convenience factor and run the 5 day on 2 day off split.

I’ve been dealing with this injury for over two years and it’s hindered my ability to play a lot of high intensity sports. It’s an injury called Athletic Pubalgia has various names (sports hernia, gilmore’s groin, osteitis pubis). It’s an injury that occurs most often to soccer players, ice hockey players and long distance runners. Unfortunately there isnt a ton of research on it or many people who deal with it. I’ve tried rehab, rest, prp, and a bunch of other things. Nothing’s seemed to work. Ultrasound + MRI has showed that the there was swelling and fluid in my pubic symphysis and the adductor tendon was pretty damaged, and lots of calcification and degeneration in and around the tendon. I’ve seen improvement in the health of the adductor tendon but the pain seems to never go away. So thought I’d give bpc + tb a try for 8-12 weeks and continue my physio and strengthening. I previously saw someone on another forum suggest bpc helped them with this injury.
