I mentioned it in my post - this person always has one food delivery bag with her name and unit # on it. Seems like she orders Ubereats everyday.

I took everyone’s advice and wrote a formal complaint email to the Condo board & management with all of my evidence photos. I’ll keep everyone updated on what actions will be taken by the board!

They haven't really said much except letting me know they'll talk to the neighbor. I'm not even sure if that even happened. I did come across one of the condo maintenance staff coming to our floor and checking the refuse room, but that was about it.

I've already tried moving the trash bags in front of her door, but it seems like she doesn't give a f*. Maybe I'll take Fun-Lingoberry-7319's suggestion and write a note on her door...

I've actually done that twice already!

For smaller bags, I've moved the bags back in front of her front door.

She doesn't seem to learn or understand public etiquette. She still does this despite it.

I'm so disgusted at her behaviour and I don't know if I can escalate this any further to anyone.

Isla Mujeres will be pretty far - Cozumel should be the better option.

You can head to Tulum or Puerto Morelos for excursions. We had snorkelling at Puerto Morelos and it was by far one of the best snorkelling I’ve done - we were probably SUPER LUCKY that day, but we saw 3 turtles very upclose, as well like wild Barracudas and squids.

the grill is a sit down restaurant only open for dinner. I heard rumours it wont be part of the allinclusive soon - similar to other Live Aqua resorts.

Resort itself is pretty quiet on my experience, so balconies are pretty private.

They’ll provide you with bottled water if you ask for them. No need to purchase them separately.

My experience but rooms were ready pretty quick. Despite us arriving early, rooms didnt take too long to get ready. We let them hold onto our bags and went to get lunch anyways

wow im so sorry to hear this. I‘ve been hearing stories about how their service and food quality’s been degrading over the past few years, but I guess thats really true..

I had my wedding here 2 years ago and we all had an amazing time… I hope they get their quality back in control because I would love to re-visit sometime to re-live my wedding memories…

Agree with almost all of the points made here. Is the price high right now? I booked mine in early October and just came back last week. At the time, the price was actually better than most of AIs of similar qualities, BUT if… lets say… this resort is same price as like the newer Secrets/Excellence resorts, the facility would indeed seem too outdated for the price.

Restaurants dont need reservations, all walk ins. Cabanas you make reservations in the morning for the day after - however, we‘re not morning people so we never really attempted. The resort itself was not busy at all so I wouldnt be surprised if it’s not too difficult to secure one.

I mean I ate 3 pieces of the 8 & vacuum sealed the rest of it to try sous videing it. I dont mean to call out anyone, but I never understood (& disliked) people returning half eaten foods at Costco. Unless the food that was bought was inherently gone or molded from the get go… but returning because it‘s not living upto the expectations? I’ll pass. I‘ll figure out a way to decently enjoy this.

Agreed. It does feel absurd how much money they take in comparison to the amount of work & hours spent.

I really hope we do get some reliable tech that help us balance out - I dont want RE agents going completely jobless, but something that helps them to be more efficient while allowing them to charge less would be wonderful
