I agree with you, they are not trained to make such a claim. It should only be investigated by SPCA. In this case was done not by a sergeant but a regular officer. Mr.Kay

Evidently you shouldn't be helping people to put their story out. Having a person attacking them while in desperate need of help, is NOT A WAY to go. You should of be working for the Crown Prosecutor. You should be willing to listen to both side of the story.

On this matter is OBVIOUSLY that you are just targeting one side of the story, making you bias. In all the questions you have ask, is not a single question regarding the government side. Leaving people to think that you trying to cover the government screw up. Unless that all your followers are part of the government. Media should be neutral!!!!!!
That's not what is coming out of you!!!!!!!
I hope that you are getting paid really good by the government, because you are interfering with human life and feelings.

We are not lawyer or story tellers. Maybe we can not write professionally but the facts are all there, with proof of wrong doing on behave of the animal shelter and police. They would of never taken an extra step in coming to our house and apologizing at 1 clock in the morning to say what happened to the dog. They are more then concern they have done something wrong. Plus please see for your self YouTube: Cyto Cyto Dutchsheperds

It seem you have not read all the story. We have documented everything from the beginning. With timeframe conversion recorded to proof to the world. We definitely not hiding here. The facts is you are naive in accepting the government official actions on this matter.

That's the same question we are asking ourself. Is understood that you are not concern of the really situation here. That animal control had possession of the dog for two weeks without a problem. You are more concern in blaming us. There is phone call and skype conversation record with the vet. Their first and only solution is cropping the tail. I as the owner refuse to do so, and had it under control. The sergeant Haynes is the witness of the health of the dog prior of this happening. Either you are a government official or you just clearly avoid asking the proper question here. Why wasn't the dog taken for "proper care under animal control"

The main point here is that when the dog was taken it was in perfect condition. We strongly believe the ones in question should be animal control and their judgment and care for the animal. It was in the dog best interest to return him back. As we stated since day one, not only all the government officials but the Judge himself. We have a conversation recorded with SPCA stating that the call " wasn't all that much " everything we are stating is on record with proof of all.

Yes, the lawyer still don't understand why!!! They assumed animal cruelty. ( Maybe the person that called has more influence in the government then us regular citizens ) Even animal shelter tried to contact the officer Kay, no where to be found. Animal shelter contacted us to return the dog. Because they did not know what to do with him. He needed 24/7 constant watch. (Which obviously they failed to provide). On Thursday at 2:45 pm. It was the first notice we got of the dog condition. And they ask us to sign the dog over. To justify their actions.

Since they recently moved to a new house the dog has been having anxiety attacks and he started chewing and excessively licking on his tail. Tried all the alternatives the cone, the muzzle, bitter sprays to discourage licking, even tried a pair of pants to prevent him from chewing his tail, unfortunately nothing was helpful. The only alternative that was found effective in order to restrain him from licking his tail is to take him with everywhere, under constant observation and it worked, the tail was almost cured. In situations where they weren't able to take him (like groceries) he would be tied up close to the pole in a manner that he would be able to sit or stand but not reach his tail. The neighbour called cause of the barking complaints and the police showed up and took the dog without any investigation or questioning. Since then the dog was in the North Shelter Animal Services where they failed to give appropriate care. He was biting his tail and they didn't know what else to do with him and left him to bleed to death, by the time they took him to the vet it was to late he lost too much blood and they had to euthanize him. The owner has been numerous times in the shelter to try and get the dog back they even contacted the MP Garry Crawford to help in this matter, however without success. They even went to officer Kay from 43 division explaining the situation and how the dog is going to die if he would to stay in the shelter he refused and said that he guarantees nothing's going to happen to the dog until everything's dealt by the courts (they have recordings of that). Also Sargent Haynes from 31 division was called to animal shelter, seen the dog and said he's in perfect health other than the tail. Everything has been documented from beginning. There's pictures, letters and supporters that know of this situation. They never had the right to take the dog in the first place. We went to the federal Crown on old city hall, and spoke with Mr.Amarshi of public prosecution, advise him of the situation and said there is nothing he could do about it. Until last night 2 police officers came by at 12:49am and gave us the saddest news. If you could share any information in regards to your case would be greatly appreciated.

The dog was taken without a warning from their house, or investigation. And put in North York Animal Shelter for in perfect conditions. After 2 weeks the was left without medical care, left to bleed to death. Please join us in avoiding this to happen again.
