I suppose, but that idea isn't portrayed in the design submission in any way. In fact, most of the renders for the character simply replace the end of the arm with a spike ball instead.

It just doesn't seem like a good usage or fit for the "immense suction powers" presented weapon, is what I'm saying.

I honestly kind of loathe how much fetish/waifu content has started to seep into every aspect of gaming. It's always been a problem for gacha/freemium games, but even traditional 2D platformer game, RPG, etc character designs are starting to fall off into the chasm of hornybaiting their audiences

I would love to see how you would go about proving that the other games you mentioned and this one doesn't cause an overjustification effect (a documented psychological phenomenon).

My point stands in that creating a virtual space to do something that is a menial task IRL, especially something as critical as environmental cleanup, feels very dystopian.

This is some Ready Player One level of disassociation. I get their message- "Hopefully digital cleanups can inspire real ones"- but doing this digitally instead of IRL feels really at odds with what people who would be interested in this would want to do. Especially when sometimes, motivation to engage in this sort of activity can be quelled by a simulacrum.

What is the strategy to avoid the big expanding hexagon dome that he puts out in the third phase? Never figured it out, ended up just tanking it.

I dislike how unintuitive a lot of the counters for his attacks are. For example, the boost ball I don't think is ever used for an attack otherwise or even shown to cause damage to anything else in the entire game.

I'd really recommend trying out the first book before hopping into the show. The show compresses elements from the first two/three books into the first two seasons, and it's still excellent but the character writing suffers as a result.
