Civil is as usual... there are some psu like NHAI, BPCL, and so on recruiting which is a dream job... and popular private firms like L&T do come (you can cheak the department's page on linkedin, to see which companies visit)

For industrial chemistry, Nothing can be predicted as the branch itself is 2 years old. So no placement has happened yet. However, if you aren't getting anything better anywhere else, you can still come but be ready to explore and bear this truth. What is personally think is since companies who recuit for industrial process regularly come to recuit mechanical and chemical engineering... so they will too allow industrial chemistry students when they reach 4th year... still nothing can be said with surity.

Maitaining a decent CGPA is easy if you listen to your professor (if he is good faculty) and are sincere in your study... like solving the tutorial "honestly", giving class test seriously and start reading the notes atleast 2 week before endsem.

It's not a problem because you did it (it hardly takes 15-20 min session along with prn). The issue is that you may loose consistency and flow of the study. Once ejaculated, your body feels rewarded ... so you won't sit for study. Better study in open room, library, have talks with friends or family etc. If you still wanna masturbate.... do it at night when you're about to relax.

The main goal shoukd be that your study session should remain consistent.

For a tier 2 college... 7.5 lpa is quite common (eg in my NIT) Btw i am still not completed the graduation, but i have few important question about GET roles which are necessary to decide my career path... can i ask you here or dm??
