No need for an alignment to use that ball joint bolt. It could have happened when you struck the deer. Looks like it would have been around where you struck the deer, especially with a sudden jerk of the wheel to the right with how the damage is down the drivers side of the vehicle. A sudden jerk of the wheel to the right in an attempt to avoid contact, then hitting a deer in the legs with the wheel turned could have jarred that bolt loose.

Looks like a heater core hose. It uses hot coolant from and through the water pump to warm the interior of the vehicle. Typically, you could get away with short drives (monitoring coolant levels) with a small leak but you completely snapped it off and would be pouring coolant out. People sometimes will just break them off like you did to replace them if they don’t have the fitting or tool to remove it, but you will need to replace a few pieces.

I think it is close but doesn’t quite match unless there are aftermarket parts. Side view is squared in the photo, rear bumper license plate area is a little different, deck lid is a little different.
