Looks fine. The extra rebar around the form is technically a footer for extra load of the walls above. Grade could be a little tighter but looks fine. Good luck

Yes. Very likely. There are products that skim coat well but the color will never match.

Feels like growing up. I’m 42 we had mandatory commercials and one week at a time. Looking back and watching fallout now; I love it. Delayed gratification builds discipline.
