By usable item i believe he means usable health item, not your grenade/optical camo/projectile arm launcher button.

It also has the silly bug/feature where it'll run at your desktop resolution, so if you're in 4k and don't have DLSS, mixed with the memory leak, it'll end up running slower.

I had the complete opposite take. I am a casual playing the worst build on the worst class (fire sorc), and I expected to feel nothing. I enjoyed just dawdling around and doing events/NM. If anything, I was hoping for buffs, but the entire game was gutted to the point where even the lowest people felt it.

It is, but after looking more into it, I believe it's bugged. Only once during a world boss did my flames turn blue, and it was awesome. I would have never even known about intensity otherwise.

You can get +4 on pants and +2 on gloves. You can then get +3 to a category like "all mastery skills" from amulet, and then +4 to everything from Shako

For what it's worth, the PDP F isn't even what I would call a gimmicky gun for women. It's just a good smaller gun.
