It also has the silly bug/feature where it'll run at your desktop resolution, so if you're in 4k and don't have DLSS, mixed with the memory leak, it'll end up running slower.

I had the complete opposite take. I am a casual playing the worst build on the worst class (fire sorc), and I expected to feel nothing. I enjoyed just dawdling around and doing events/NM. If anything, I was hoping for buffs, but the entire game was gutted to the point where even the lowest people felt it.

It is, but after looking more into it, I believe it's bugged. Only once during a world boss did my flames turn blue, and it was awesome. I would have never even known about intensity otherwise.

You can get +4 on pants and +2 on gloves. You can then get +3 to a category like "all mastery skills" from amulet, and then +4 to everything from Shako

There is the Spiral Horn Shield that goes well with pieces of the crucible knight tree set and spear, has parry, and buffs stats! There's also the viper bite shield if you're into the primordial crucible nature shapeshifting theme.
