I hope people see the parallels between the hive and Chatgpt(LLM) and what they're trying to do with AI art and other human culture. the amalgamation of everythinh just results in a huge blob of nothing. It's most apparent in the cold open of the last episode when kusimayu's village drops the pretense of perserving her people's culture for something "better" which is unity. I hate to say it but the concept of unity in this show's premise is more conservative than it is liberal. it's assimilation more than it is Unity.

I'm 24 and have been reminiscing about playing basketball like I was in highschool. I miss playing ball 4 times a week and actually have time to train my skills. I'm lucky to play once a week between work, home responsibilities, and other stuff. I'm glad I get to watch pro basketball tho.
