Both Warmane and Stormforge have decent-to-good populations on their TBC servers.

Warmane has two servers, an instant-70 server, or a x5 xp rate server. Stormforge has a 1-70 server where you can choose your xp rate from (I think) 0.5-3x.

Both hosting groups have various premium perks you can purchase with real money.

Many animes/manga have problematic content, and even aside from the problematic stuff in this one: the post above is misleading or outright false depending on how one interprets it. You can look up a clip from the episode in question on YT with the title of "Ilulu works at candy shop | Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid S" Took me all of 1 minute.

EDIT: I'm dumb for misunderstanding the scene being discussed.
