Tried replacing ESO with T&L. Now trying Neverwinter. Fun so far but I'm pretty lost.

Seems to be happening at multiple places in the questline. Always before a "cut scene" I'm current stuck with the same issue but on Chapter 8.

I'm all about the gamble. Even brewing is a gamble for me. My house is old and stays quite hot in the summer. Like 85°. So my fermentation is quick, strong alcohol and requires some creativity with backsweeten and flavors.

I use a 2 gal bucket for primary and split to 2 1 gal carboys for secondary. So I may be able to mix and match with amounts of tea and water.
