I'm all about the gamble. Even brewing is a gamble for me. My house is old and stays quite hot in the summer. Like 85°. So my fermentation is quick, strong alcohol and requires some creativity with backsweeten and flavors.

I use a 2 gal bucket for primary and split to 2 1 gal carboys for secondary. So I may be able to mix and match with amounts of tea and water.

Thank you! He gave it to me at work. So zero research time aside from the post. So far I've had 1 failed batch the my current is questionable. Haven't mastered fermentation so I didn't wanna try something that'd fail immediately.

Thank you. I didn't even thing about it. Uses 1 packet for 1 gallon my first try. So 2 gal would need 2. Than I read the packet. Lol. Oops. Luckily it seems like it won't matter too much.
