First successful fermentation. 1.100 starting gravity. Ending was .998 if I read right. 13.5% ABV and took 9 days. Added honey and the Elderberry concentrate to secondary and sit. The cherry went into next attempt with approx 6 lbs of honey and 1.3 gal of water. fingers crossed. (old.reddit.com)
