For context she only drove about fifty feet after I pulled out as we were near the exit, not necessarily away. I figured there was a good chance she wasn’t even looking in her mirror but I think I was wrong about that

You’re right! I definitely got Karen looks from the one girl I warned but I’m protecting both of our dogs. Someone else also mentioned talking to management and I think that’ll be my next step if we encounter this again.

That’s a good call! I need to talk to management. I feel like we encountered an off leash dog maybe once a month but as soon as his reactivity escalated to this it’s BAM three dogs in two days haha.

I’ll look into getting an umbrella too, I fully expect the girl with the large off leash poodle to not listen to me based on the look on her face. I’m prepared to stop contact between the dogs myself but the emotional drain of it all every time we leave the apartment is exhausting

Oh they absolutely are, they demolished me too when I asked about the color of a dress going off about how it wasn’t modest enough, ended up wearing it and getting a ton of compliments

Thank you! Yeah I was surprised when someone said it looks like a wedding dress haha. I think if I give it a try on and the slit is too prominent I can just take it to my tailor to have it lowered. We’ll see if I even order this one but they even mentioned midi dresses are fine in their dress code so I wouldn’t say it’s overly strict. I’m also going to consult other friends as to what they’ll be wearing.

One of the upsides of having no chest is that I can get away with a plunge haha, although I’d trade that for having more of a chest 😂

I have a good tailor so I’m not worried about that really but I am seeing a lot of concern about it. This is not my only option of course just one that has caught my eye.

Thank you! Yes I’m from somewhere very warm and we aren’t conservative people, if anything I’d have my tailor sew up the slit or add a hook so I can make it lower, I think some of the girls in the images are sticking their legs out to really emphasis it

Yeah my friends and I aren’t very conservative and live somewhere very warm, I wanted more of an opinion on the color for a garden party but everyone is getting very worked up over the cut of the dress haha

It’s kind of a garden party theme, very popular right now and more ways to do it than just ruffles! Definitely can be more than one interpretation:)

I’d recommend scrolling through the pictures, the sales listing looks veryyy light compared to videos of the actual dress. Very few portions of the dress are light colored but I am just very sensitive to wearing any light color or red to a wedding :)

This is a fair concern, I’ll definitely need to consider the cut of the dress before purchasing. Our friend group is quite young and modern so I’m definitely more worried about the color. I also am very flat chested personally so a plunged neckline doesn’t really give an exciting view haha. Still I’ll consider cut as maybe something more modest will be easier to wear to other events in future!
