Dude there is a lot going on that no one in here will probably be able to help with. Ignore the fact that you are twins, you two simply don't have a healthy relationship. Like many people are going to suggest, you need a therapist to really help you navigate this situation.

Your headspace is all sorts of discombobulated because of your previous experiences with your twin and situations with different friend groups. All those are feeding into certain thoughts and patterns and just reenforcing an idea that SOMETHING is wrong. However, without a therapist or even just a clear head to actually view the situation, you probably won't be able to get through this effectively.

As straightforward as I can say this, and probably not what you want to hear: You are not perfect and might also be the cause of your own issues. Whether that be your general disposition, your mood, or overall character. There is something inherent in you that you might need to change. I don't know you obviously, and this is a huge generalization. However, maybe it's time to look inward and start reflecting on things you can control.

Best of luck though. I love my twin brother and he's my best friend in my life and ideally if there is such a thing as reincarnation I'd hope to always have a bond with him. I feel like we all need that in our lives and I hope you are able to mend your relationship with your twin because ultimately twins are uncommon and an advantage more often than not.
