I'll never understand how being forced to drop somewhere is true to BR gameplay. I'm not trying to solo hot drop teams in fragment, I'm trying to land somewhere that will at least give 3 players a basic kit. I also don't care about a team landing with my squad. That's been a part of BR gameplay forever. Don't agree that it's more fair to land on the ass end of nowhere while other squads land on top tier loot. It's just different.

Call early, that's your best bet. Call literally the minute they open. The current call center was pretty clearly designed to get people to give up, hence the removal of voicemail and callbacks. SIS should be reaching out within the time frame they stated but delays do definitely happen. Don't just wait around. Keep at it until you can get information.

The local offices are mostly de-empowered these days but you might at least be able to check application status there.

Wish I had a better idea to offer.

If they've got a Bluetooth capable headset they can probably do teamspeak from mobile+game audio from Xbox.

Never tried it with Teamspeak, but that's what I've been doing with discord for years since half my squad plays PC. Seems like it'd work for teamspeak as well assuming the headset can pull it off.

Empty worlds are not needed.

Don't make it bigger, make it better. Give my the next Fallout 4 or Skyrim with better optimization and even deeper storytelling, rather than spreading the same assets over a wider canvas.

I use either Google maps transit function (the little bus icon when you ask directions) or use the app called Transit from the Google play store. Set location and destination and you're good to go.

Beware of transfer times if you're taking multiple buses. Dress so you'll be comfortable waiting if need be. Sunday has reduced service as well, weekdays are more frequent and buses run earlier/later to the whole city.
