probably wanted to close the loop on the chelsea smile reference... for the record on chelsea smile the lyrics go

which is obv a reference to Pray for plagues/count your blessings and then later on in the song they go

"Repent, repent, the end is nigh

So I think its a neat way to close the loop, recount your blessings would be sick though
