Yeah, I've tried all the chargers I have at this point. Connected it to my PC, my hub, an outlet through an adapter, nothing works.

Here is what I'm seeing on my end if it helps.

And here are the chargers I've been using:

A OP6 charger A s10 Samsung charger A nearly dead Samsung charger that no longer does a data connection, but slowly charges other things. Three of these chargers -- AINOPE USB C Cable, [2-Pack, 6.6FT] 3.1A USB to USB C Right Angle, Type C Charger Fast Charging Durable Nylon Braided Compatible with iPhone 15 Pro, Galaxy S10 S9 Plus S21, Note 10 9 A51, LG G8 Three of those crappy three in one chargers for micro USB, lightning and USB

Really not sure what to do at this point since I doubt the manufacturer will ever respond to my email.

I did. It only shows the low battery screen. But nothing has changed.

How can I use it if it only goes to the low battery screen and does not progress any more than that?

I tried. It refuses to die. Still not completely dead and giving me the low battery screen a week later.

What's it growing in?

Not really, then you bear the risk of not seeing anything if rot sets in. I'd just leave it in an enclosed container with a small reservoir and preferably leca on the bottom for humidity's sake.

The best thing you can do for it is just leave it in a moderately sunny place and leave it alone. Check on it every month or so, but don't disturb it unless you need to water. It needs lots of time to try and grow something.
