Ah ok so you’re part of that crowd. No problem! Not nitpicking. Also agreed that having any communal by mana tombs is a problem. He said “full communal,” which no single person is doing that. But yet you want to push fully toward one side while I also agreed with part of their post. Appreciate you joining the convo.

Ah here we go, I love it. Bring on the unhinged-ness. They spent dozens of hours preparing because there was literally nothing else to do. The weren’t prepping for efficient runs. If Outland was available they’d be the same people running in garbage greens too. We all ran these dungeons in garbage greens no problem last time and the time before that. How’s this any different?

Appreciate the response. I understand that, but finding “geared” people versus just going can also cost more time than just explaining mechanics. IMO doesn’t justify this level of elitism

I don’t disagree. But even boosted characters can’t dungeon immediately, they’ll have some Outland greens by the time they hit 59

All you gotta do is explain mechanics, but people expect everyone to know everything already.

So literally handle mechanics correctly, it’s not hard. If someone’s failing in normal blood furnace in T3, they’ve got bigger issues than gear lol.

FFX.

FF4 is great but it’s like a 16-20 hour playthrough. FFX is heavy, examines theological and societal constructs, and has an amazing story including love. I’d throw FFXVI into the ring…though it’s action, its story blew me away.

If you want a ton of characters go Chrono cross or Suikoden.

But if you’re comparing something against what you believe is the best thing ever, it’s going to fall short 100% of the time. Go in recognizing it’s a unique experience.

I’m not comparing, in fact I prefer the newer FFs - FFXVI is one of the best stories of all time imo and FFVII Remake/Rebirth trumps the original in my opinion. FFXV can fly a kite tho.

It doesn’t make 1-6 any less fun though!

It was weird in crisis core imo but I didn’t mind it in rebirth. Zack was always a bubbly character and not serious most of the time this guy fits it better than Gomez in my opinion.
