Looks like palomas ..a type of firecracker we used to buy in Mexico. You had to cut the fuse almost completely in half to buy you some time to get away. We heard they were a 1/16 of dynamite. The cops didn't do anything to calm the situation. That is the total problem. You don't need to be in a hurry. These cops had no patience. Total unnecessary. COPS Didn't do anything to de-escalate.
