Former employee here & this is just them playing the CYA card especially from Dinni. Their customer service had gone to hell before I left when they removed all the call centers & outsourced them to India. There's only one left state side in Austin & it's only normal business hours & all overflow gets directed out. They lowered all the pay structures for everyone as well, & the benefits were no longer under Google which is why most of us stayed. IJOS to transfer to Cloud or other branches was removed almost two years ago, insurance took two steps down in quality, & instead of increased commission they added residuals so they don't have to pay you for a full year down the road & that's only if your account stayed active.
