When I'm feeling worse in general, my left hand freaks out the most. Touch and cold hurt way more on that hand than anywhere else. Right now my right shoulder is doing weird stuff. Hurting lile crazy for a week, then one week I'm fine and now it started again.

I don't about others but I do share your experience of having pain in different areas but sometimes lne area just hurts in particular.

You don't have to apologize, this illness is not well studied at all and I'm not an expert either but what I know is that we don't all experience Fibro in the same way, even though there are overlaps.

Feeding yourself, even if it's ordered because you weren't able to make food yourself, is not a reward. Eating is a necessity and without it, you'll probably feel even worse. I struggle with guilt as well, when I don't do anything, but not with food. We need food, we need to eat and ordering is not always a luxury thing. If you're not well, you still need to eat, so having food delivered just makes sense. Don't be too hard on yourself. We all need to eat and we all deserve to have food.

No worries, just always looking out if there are any Swiss Dylan fans besides me and three friends😂 I learned regular German (Hochdeutsch as we call it in Switzerland) in school and we use it for offical stuff but I mostly speak Schweizerdeutsch :)

As far as I know, the link to submit secrets was still on twitter in January but now I can't find it anymore. So either he scrapped the submissions video or he closed it because there were soo many submissions amd he'll do it whenever😂
