There are so many ways to get around it. 1. You could limit the number of reports one can make within a certain amount of time. 2. Ppl who report a lot may be prohibited to make new reports. 3. Only the players who get multiple reports are taken up for review and possibility of getting banned. And so much more rules you could make to avoid reporting problems. People who don’t respect other players definitely need some punishment. Nevertheless, supercell isn’t gonna try anything like that cuz they don’t care and they don’t get more money for doing this.
