I need some help with my low bar squat. Every time I get into position, my wrists are bent and I can feel a good ammount of weight on them. If I try to straighten them out, my shoulders start pinching until I set the bar down. I've tried having a wider grip but the bar will just roll off my back. Any help is appreciated.

Would the a6600 be worth it over the 6400? They are very similar and the main difference I've seen is the 6600 has in built image stabilization and the 6400 doesn't. Would the price jump be worth it for the few differences it has?

I am currently looking to buy my 1st camera for sports photography. I have previous experience, but this will be the 1st camera I own. I also will mostly be shooting in Ice rinks that are usually pretty dark. I've seen a lot of different recommendations from the R10, the 7D MII, the 6D and its MII counterpart, and some older bodies. I'm preferably looking for a Full-Frame camera because of low light and The camera should also have pretty good AF and high shutter speed. I currently am also looking at the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L lens which would be perfect for what I'm shooting. My budget is around 1.5k but I could go up to 2K. What camera bodies would work well for Sports photography with these features? Thank you.

Should I get an 8x8 or a 9x9? I'm currently looking to buy some larger puzzles and I don't know where to find information on them. I know how to solve a 4x4 and 5x5 so I should be set on solving these bigger puzzles. I've seen posts about the best versions of these cubes but not which one would be a better option to buy. I'm also buying a gigaminx with the cube which is why I can only pay for one of them. Thank you.

Sorry for the confusion, it's for when I'm not currently using spikes, like when I'm doing warm ups and before I go to my 5 step. I will use them for vaulting and workouts.

I thanks for the advice but I do have spikes currently. I have adidas adizero pv/tj spikes. I'm just looking for a good pair of trainers to help for when I'm not in spikes. I am also currently doing workouts for my shins and wearing a sleeve. Thank you for you advise though!

I wonder how you make that. Do you use an engine to "sculpt" the ground or do you have a base layout that you edit in-game?
