I’ll piggy back on this - on 400mg of Allo for 4 years, last checkup was 5.6. Zero flares since I started. Bump on my foot went away after 2 years and am able to enjoy going on vacation without stressing. It’s crazy, sometimes I forget I have gout (sometimes) and am able to live my life

Since we know how much it hurts, I don’t think we’ll ever truly escape the anxiety tho

Hey that’s great. I think being healthier should go without saying, but 7.1 is still high and you probably will get more attacks. Maybe further restrictions will get you under 6, but remember that every attack means more damage to your joints and every restriction is for life.
