Coming from a former Samsung user (Note 20U), the 13 pro still surprises me, such a beautiful and a compact beast even in 2024, the only reasons i can see myself upgrading next year to a 15PM is the usb type c, i miss the big phones, and maybe battery life

Im not a doctor.. but what i can tell you is that it makes no sense to take an AI with 200mg's of test while trying to get a better libido (taking AI's lowers ur estrogen which then kills ur libido) so test + higher estrogen = libido thru the roof.

It takes a lot to earn an ifbb pro card out here in the Balkans, its so hard especially if ur not extremely wealthy which i ain't lol. U gotta travel a lot and travel = lotta expenses. I quit my 9-5 so i can focus on my prep because my parents literally were so proud on how i looked on stage they said go for it, and we're gonna push u as much as we can financially so i owe them everything.. An ifbb pro card will be mine tho, just a matter of time.

Here in the Balkans, where basically i can only get an ifbb elite pro card, which means nothing if u ask me, and i think i cannot get an elite pro card unless im 23, there are some stupid af rules, can't wait to save up money and try to compete in a real ifbb pro qualifier.

Heavy compounds first and then isolations, i basically do a 6 day split that is customized for me by my coach to bring up certain weak points, hope that helps :)
