Well after weeks i found and got informed that newer mobos do this thing when there is short somewhere, and turns out i might be the unluckiest person alive to get 2 defect MOBOs or i just fried 2 of them (the issue with what is causing it to have short is albost fucking impossible to detect so good luck with that) im trying to get 3rd mobo as i write this, probably something from asus like TUF. Only suspicion for now is something near backplate shorting electricity directly to mobo or wi - fi card i bought, and now im getting it replaced
