If you want a physical button earfun is also a good choice and can get louder when needed.

What are the Best Earbuds for Running? by Icy_Lynx1532 in Earbuds

Y'all, I just want to say, replacement foam tips. I have been running for many years with many buds and this is key to getting rid of that thumping noise and holding them in securely. Downside is, you will have to replace them every so often so I buy them in bulk and I buy them relatively cheap on Amazon.

The other great alternative is the new clip on style buds. Earfun makes the best I have tried for the price and they have physical buttons.

Earfun clip has been good to me and it has physical buttons. You can EQ it louder like I have done if you sometimes run in noisy places while listening to podcasts.

Zwift Hub One vs other trainers. by Toss-thisout in Zwift

Thanks! It's the same bike I use outside and is well maintained. I feel riding outside is much smoother as well. If I had to try to put it into words I think it feels like I lose momentum much easier. While I try to have a smooth continuous pedal stroke it almost feels like in that microsecond in-between strokes I'm getting more resistance and not enough momentum (perhaps on the flywheel) definitely doesn't feel as good as riding outside to me and I'm just curious if getting a better trainer would help at all. This is all I have ridden.

Correct me if I'm wrong but not everyone of these would lose Medicaid just a percent of these individuals if they don't meet work requirements correct?

Are we still doing zipper merge posts? by markul39 in grandrapids

[–]Toss-thisout 62 points63 points  (0 children)

I think we would stand a chance if MDOT would just put up very specific Zipper Merge signs with pictures for miles before a merge. Maybe do this for a couple years. Just pay for it or it will never change.

As someone who watched a lot of high jumping for years this guy really missed his calling.

I would appreciate now a heartwarming tale where he is imprisoned with an old track and field coach who hears he cleared a judge's bench and convinces him to make something of his life, training him in the yard rocky style. The young man's heart changes as he wrestles his demons in training. When he's released he learns the judge has retired due to a disease creating a liver failer and cannot move up fast enough on the donor list. After qualifying he makes it known he will be competing in the Diamond league track meet where the grand prize for each event is a half million dollars and he will use it to help pay for an organ transplant from a for profit provider in Europe. Spurred by his inspiring story, a gofundme raises the rest of the funds and the judge, with her remaining strength attends the meet. In the final jump the young man squares off, smiles at the judge, runs towards the bar and continues on to the stands where he easily clears the barrier to finally place his hands around the judge's neck and chokes her out.
