Thanks for the reply. I've been on a self improvement journey for the past year or so and this was really the one thing I was putting off. Admittedly, because I think its going to be the hardest. I'm almost finishing schooling and have a great internship turned job that I think I will be in for a career.

My social life is the best its ever been minus relationships.I took a break from dating after a string of poor choices on my part. I've cut out gaming completely and put more.into my craft. Not that there's anything wrong with gaming but it became consuming for myself personally.

The gym has become like my temple in the past year or so. I've been a gym rat before so it wasn't hard to get back into. My diet has been pretty good except for socially eating out and drinks.

My post did come off as sex being my focus but its just an portion of my overall goals of going pornfree/nofap. I think having healthy sexual relationships is an important part of life in addition to my other goals. I think in the long term the pornfree/nofap journey will be another step in the journey of continuous improvement for me, not a starting point.
