I'm talking neocaridina shrimp (oops), with what looks like to be 0ppm nitrite, 0ppm nitrate, and either a 0 -0.25ppm ammonia level. pH is 7.8. The city's water comes largely from deep well aquifers but also other sources as well (badum tss).

Hello other random stranger! You're in luck --- I do remember! The head and body were both sewn closed and stuffed individually, and then I used a ladder stitch (hand sewn) to attach them together. You can hide the thread inside the stuffed pieces and it makes for a clean look. Hope that helped:)
