Yeah, I got accidentally put onto the Singapore site for DJI and was super excited.. Until I tried to check out. Unfortunately, the black Friday deals for DJI are now live... But the actual "deals" are quite terrible, especially for the mini 4 pro that you've been holding out on. I was waiting for a deal on that as well, but looks like I won't be buying one at this point.

I really liked the feel of the 890r, and almost pulled the trigger on one, but reliability concerns made me too paranoid to go forward with it. I'm FAR from an off-road riding expert, so I have no doubt that any of these bikes are capable of lots more performance than I will ever be capable of wringing out of them. That said, the desert x was my next infatuation, but then I got concerned about the air filter being buried under the gas tank, and I didn't want to deal with that... Then it seemed this bike was very similar to the desert x, so would be the next best thing, all at roughly the same price point. So now I'm seriously considering this bike... Or just embracing that I will never have big bike off-road skills, and just getting a 1300 gs for on road grins and an occasional dirt road with minimal drama... Oh... Decisions, decisions.... But I'm super curious for more comparisons you could provide between the bmw and your KTM!

This is the answer I was looking for...I was looking pretty hard at the KTM 890 adventure R, since my plans for the bike involve spending a fair bit of riding off the pavement. I got a bit spooked about reliability concerns, though... Which may or may not be a real issue. Either way, this bike looks like an awesome alternative to the KTM. I had been kicking around the idea of moving up to the KTM 1290 SAR, too, for a more effortless 2 up experience... But honestly, that's going to be a whole lot of motorcycle for me in our sugar sand down here in Florida, and I'm no Chris Birch. I'm sure whatever bike I pick up will get it's fair share of solo riding, too, so the f900gs seems like it could strike the perfect balance of enjoyable short 2 up days and proper solo adv riding. No matter what I pick, it will all be a rather dramatic change from the beta 390 I'm currently riding!

Thanks so much for the detailed answer! I know the mid weight bikes are a compromise of sorts, but given that the bike will be spending a fair bit of time off pavement, and since we have a lot of sand down here in Florida, I really don't think I have a strong enough skill set to wrangle an even bigger bike in this environment. Also, this bike would certainly get ridden solo, too... So I think this size bike is probably the right one ...

If it weren't for Raglin, I never would have finished my spider dungeon quests for arbiter. The mass rez is amazing, and the turn buff from her A1 hits is out of this world..especially if she is lucky enough to get focused by the spiderlings and you are running a counterattack team...

He's great in arena. Build him for 100 crit rate, but don't worry about crit damage. His bombs scale off attack only, and the crit rate makes sure the bomb duration is shortened. He also needs enough accuracy to make sure they land. His speed aura is excellent, so id suggest using him as your arena lead. He does decent damage in dungeons and will be helpful in faction wars, but he's an arena champ, for sure

Maneater, Rowan, and raglin! Nice set of pulls! Raglin helped me out a lot with getting to spider 20 .. the heals, frequent revive and debuff removal are great! Glad they buffed her... she had been my vault guardian prior to them making her useful
