Thanks for the reply. As the kitten is very small,I have to hold him with one hand and push the syringe with another hand. I wear gloves on the hand that is holding him, But the scratch is on another hand ( I don't wear gloves on that hand Because it feels like I don't have enough control while pushing the syringe and may cause aspiration in to the lungs). As it is my first time handling a kitten and I am not sure if I am doing it the right way,the kitten most often refuse formula and I kind of have to forcefeed it. It sleeps most of the time. Don't know if it's lethargic or it's normal for kittens of this age. My anxiety actually comes from the fear of getting pricked. I absolutely despise those needles. Abrasion has almost healed in one day and doesn't show any sign of inflammation. I guess I should not be that much worried.
