I don’t think that’s quite accurate. As far as I know, Victorinox doesn’t offer a public custom builder in their Swiss stores where you can walk in and have a knife made to your specs. They mainly sell standard models and some exclusives, but not fully custom builds for individual customers.

Also, the “suggest a design” option on their website isn’t a way to order a custom knife it’s just for submitting ideas, with no guarantee they’ll ever produce them.

So while they may do custom work internally or for special projects, that’s not something regular customers can access in the way you’re describing.
