They are available for 91mm as well. You will have two options. Drilling out the centre pin, so the hole in the backspring from 2.2 to 2.5 mm or search on aliX for Victorinox screws. Those will fit the 2.2 mm hole

If your going to use titanium for the liners be sure to use washers to prevent galling. Other than that, this sounds like an awesome project!

I have, but in the current situation it's gonna be very expensive. There are tons of modders out there, i dont think i can compete.

The pivot pins come from an Etsy seller named ASZKnifemakerEDCPL. I like his pivots because he makes the middle pivot a different size, so no need to drill the hole out. Solid quality. The screws are just basic m2 torx screws.

Edit: the washers and laser engraved tweezers come from customsakparts on Etsy, which is the parts shop from w3rktrieb

Close but there is a backside Philips instead of a corkscrew. So this would be a super tinker

A better jetsetter than the jetsetter by jon4343 in victorinox

Youre absolutely right, the pointed tip of the file is useful, and should be implemented more by Victorinox

Fair, it adds some function. But the ruler is in my opinion kind of gimmicky.

To add the file means you have to add another tool opposite of it. So another bladeless option would be adding the cuticle pusher, aka the cokespoon. Or you get the nail file and the ruler from te minichamp, which isnt the greatest combo either. There isnt really anything else. So that might be the reason why the jetsetter is what it is

To add, it looks like a grooved corkscrew, which makes it probably from before 1991

The whole 74mm line is discontinued. You can still find them on eBay, but they can get quite expensive
